On Sunday, February 21st at approximately 4:30 AM Lake Havasu City Police officers were dispatched to 3926 Smokey Drive in reference to a male subject inside the residence armed with a firearm and had threatened a female who was now outside the residence.
Lake Havasu City PD arrived on scene and and made contact with the victim and her mother.
The victim stated that went to the address for a pool party in the afternoon of Saturday the 20th. The victim stated that she was at the house all night long, and had retreated to a bedroom where she was sleeping on the floor when she was awakened by the voice of a former friend, which caused her to want to leave the residence. As she began gathering her belongings this individual began arguing with her which then moved into a hallway where Nicholas Martin Lenzi, 18, out of Lake Havasu City joined them and then pulled a gun from a backpack, held the gun next to his stomach within view, and threatened to shoot her with a sawed off shotgun, she told Nicholas she was not afraid of him, she then took her belongings and left the residence and then called her mother for a ride. Upon hearing what happened, her mother called LHCPD.
Nicholas Martin Lenzi was charged with Threatening or Intimidating, Possession of a defaced weapon, Prohibited Possessor in Possession of a Firearm, Disorderly Conduct with a Firearm. Lenzi was transported to the Lake Havasu City Police Department where he was booked.
