Man Throws Knife at Female and her New Boyfriend

On 5/9/2016 at approximately 7:17 PM Dustin Edward Halliday, 39, of Lake Havasu was arrested on follow-up at South Palo Verde for Disorderly Conduct/DV and Prescription Drug Possession-Use after he had previously got into a loud verbal argument with the victim and proceeded to throw a 12″ long kitchen-style knife in the direction of the female and her new boyfriend. No injuries sustained.

This incident occurred at Agave Drive.

Upon arrest Halliday was also found to be in possession of prescription only drugs.




Halliday cursed at and threatened officers that he was going to bite them while attempting to place his seat belt on while in the patrol car.
