MCSO Arrests Havasu Man for a Warrant and found with Drug Paraphernalia at the Jail (Felony)

Kristen Damon Brainard

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kristen Damon Brainard, 45, of Lake Havasu City, Sunday (5/1) afternoon for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony, and a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Lake Havasu City Justice Court. At about 3:10 p.m., deputies recognized Brainard walking in the area of Pero and Lake Drive. Deputies knew Brainard to have an outstanding warrant. Deputies contacted Brainard and confirmed the warrant to be valid. Brainard was taken into custody without incident. During a secondary search, detention officers located a small plastic bag with crystal residue inside Brainard’s pocket. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
