MCSO arrests Jorge Murillo of Perris CA on Extreme OUI

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jorge Ivan Murillo, 28, of Perris, CA, early Saturday (8/20) evening for OUI, OUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08%, extreme OUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .15% and less than 20% and extreme OUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .20% , misdemeanors.  At about 4:30 p.m., deputies observed a watercraft traveling approximately 15 miles per hour in a posted no wake zone in Thompson Bay.  Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted Murillo, the operator.  Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Murillo.  During conversations with Murillo, he admitted to having a few beers.  Following the field sobriety tests (FST’s), Murillo was taken into custody and transported to Contact Point where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be .202%.  He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
