New Hampshire Woman Arrested on DUI After Vehicle Accident

On Sunday April 24th at approximately 3:22 PM Sandra L. Blythe, 67, out of Ramah New Hampshire was arrested at Highway 95 and Kiowa Blvd. for DUI Slightest Degree after she was contacted as the driver reference an accident, and investigation revealed her to be operating the vehicle while impaired.

Prior to transport officers noticed Blythe had defecated in the drivers seat and there were feces in her clothing.

Blythe was transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail.

Blythe had a dog which was impounded by Animal Control at the Western Arizona Humane Society.

Blythe would only submit to a blood sample which was conducted and placed into a secure cold evidence locker for testing by AZ DPS Crime Lab.
