Nicholas Tate-Nightingale arrested for vehicle theft

​ON 07/09/16 AT APPROX. 1747 HOURS, NICHOLAS TATE-NIGHTINGALE (21) WAS ARRESTED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF CHESAPEAKE BOULEVARD. AND MISSION DR. FOR THEFT OF MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION, FAILURE TO YIELD FOR A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, Reckless DRIVING, DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED AND A VALID FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT AFTER A TRAFFIC STOP WAS ATTEMPTED ON A 1984 PONTIAC FIERO (BEARING ) AND THE DRIVER, NICHOLAS TATE-NIGHTINGALE, FAILED TO YIELD AFTER POLICE ACTIVATED Their EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND SIRENS ON THEIR UNMARKED LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE CAR. 

PRIOR TO COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP, NICHOLAS LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AS THE VEHICLE WENT INTO AN UNCONTROLLED SPIN AND EXITED THE ROADWAY. A Records CHECK REVEALED THAT NICHOLAS` LICENSE WAS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED AND THERE WAS A VALID FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. FURTHER Investigation REVEALED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS AN UNREPORTED STOLEN VEHICLE OUT OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX AND NICHOLAS HAD KNOWLEDGE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS STOLEN PRIOR To OPERATING IT.
