GUARINO

On 7/25 interviews were conducted at the Lake Havasu City Police Department, during which time Joseph Scott Guarino, 31, of Lake Havasu City was found to have kicked the front door of the residence on Iroquois Drive to confront a subject about stealing an item earlier in the day, where he began yelling at the occupants (shoe print matches Joe’s was located on the front door when a search warrant was served) and chased them into the residence with a knife, to the kitchen area where he stabbed the victim twice (once in the arm and once in his side).

JOSEPH GUARINO WAS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AND ONE COUNT OF BURGLARY.

This is the story in which Steven Upton (38) and Michelle Angelo (35) are both still outstanding suspects.
