Speeder Arrested on Warrant

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Joseph Morreale, 23, of Lake Havasu City, Friday (1/22) evening on an outstanding warrant.  Deputies observed a vehicle traveling 70 miles per hour in a posted 45 mph zone.

Approximately 9:42 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 95 at milepost 184 and contacted Morreale, the driver.  A records check showed Morreale to have a contempt of court felony warrant issued by Lake Havasu City Municipal Court.  Morreale was taken into custody without incident.  He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.  Morreale was also issued a citation for speeding.
