Speeding 30 MPH Over Posted Limit Ends With Citation

The morning of January 1st a Lake Havasu City Officer observed a 1996 Isuzu SUV traveling at a high rate of speed of 65 MPH in a 35 MP Zone, the vehicle was stopped at McCulloch Blvd. and Jamaica Blvd. Upon contacting the driver, 28 year old Daniel James Kempker was cited for speeding in excess of over 20 miles (A.R.S. 28-702A2). Kempker was Cited & Released at the scene.
