Suspect in Trespassing Investigation Arrested For FTC and FTA Warrants

On Tuesday February 16th at approximately 5:52 PM Steven Ray Gilson, 25, a transient, was arrested at Rotary Park (S. Smoketree Avenue) for two valid misdemeanor warrants after he was contacted as the suspect in a trespassing investigation and a wants/warrants check revealed the two valid misdemeanor warrants. The first warrant was issued 1/4/2016 by Honorable Judge Little out of Payson City Court for Failure to Appear, the second issued 2/3/2016 out of Payson Magistrate Court for Failure to Comply.
