ON 07-12-2016 AT APPROX. 0432 HOURS, THOMAS OLIVER NICHOLS III, 33, OF LAKE HAVASU CITY WAS ARRESTED AT BIRCH SQ. (TRAVELERS INN) FOR FALSE REPORTING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AFTER HE WAS CONTACTED DURING AN UNKNOWN PROBLEM AND PROVIDED AN INCORRECT LAST NAME BECAUSE HE THOUGHT HE HAD A WARRANT. NICHOLS DID NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE WARRANT.
