Transient Arrested for Shoplifting, Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest and Warrant

On Tuesday March 15th at approximately 1:58 PM Michael Walters, 21, a transient, was arrested in the area of Queens Bay for Shoplifting, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrested, and a Felony Probation Violation Warrant issued 3/8/2016 out of Yavapai County Superior Court in a “Criminal Impersonation” case.

This occurred after he was contacted by officers due to matching the description of subjects involved in a reported shoplifting from Lake Havasu Avenue North and he and an accomplice (also arrested) fled from and fought with officers during the arrest process.
