Transient Arrested for Shoplifting

On Tuesday, Gerald McClintock was arrested at Lake Havasu Avenue South (Walgreens) after store employees discovered he concealed a Master Lock Padlock then attempted to leave the store. A store employee confronted him, he turned over the merchandise and stated he forgot to pay, then left the store. Upon contact with McClintock, officers located sealed boxes of candy, and Mascara – store employees located the same brand Mascara packaging in the mens room. The combined value of the items was $15.62.
