Transient Violation Protection Order Against Victim

On 2/26/2016 Tara Elizabeth Harnden, 25, a transient, committed Interfering with Judicial Proceedings/DV (a Misdemeanor) after she text and called the victim who has an order of protection against her, while she was out of town.

On Sunday, March 6th at approximately 2:00 AM Harnden again violated the order the visiting the victim’s location.
