Transient with several warrants arrested

On Wednesday March 2nd at approximately 4:58 PM Frederick Leon Jr., 42, a transient, was arrested at S. Lake Havasu Avenue for a valid Failure to Comply Warrant issued 2/22/2016 by Judge Davis out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Court in a Theft Case. This occurred after he was contacted in reference to him being identified as a suspicious person and upon a records check he was found to have the warrant. He was placed under arrest without incident. It was also learned he had three other warrants for his arrested out of other jurisdictions in Arizona, none were extraditable.
