Two arrested in Disorderly Conduct/DV Incident

On Tuesday, February 23rd at approximately 2:41 AM Juan Luis Cebreros Jr., 21, a transient, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct/DV and Criminal Damage/DV at Porpoise Drive after he engaged in seriously disruptive behavior by arguing with the victim at the location. Cebreros then escalated the incident by picking up a wooden cane and breaking it on the dining room floor.

During the same contact, Sydney Paige Conley, 20, out of Lake Havasu City was arrested for Disorderly conduct/DV and a valid FAILURE TO APPEAR Warrant out of Bullhead City after she engaged in seriously disruptive behavior by yelling and arguing with Juan Cebrerors Jr. in front of the victim’s child. A wants and warrants check revealed the warrant.

Officer arrived at the location to take the report however both suspects had left the location. A short time later officers were called back to the location and advised that the two suspects involved in this incident were back on location. Upon arrival, officers located both Cebreros and Conley laying in the back seat of a car hiding. They were ordered out of the car by officers, placed into handcuffs, and transported to the Lake Havasu City Jail where they were booked and held for court.
