Two From Flagstaff Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

On Sunday March 13th at approximately 9:43 PM Bryan K. Suganuma, 29, and Liza Elizabeth Fedroff, 21, both from Flagstaff Arizona were arrested in the Walmart Parking Lot (5695 N. HWY 95) after seriously disrupting the establishment by cursing and yelling at employees, when they were stopped from entering the store, Suganuma was wearing only his underwear and a white towel cape and Fedroff was only wearing bikini bottoms and pasties. Shortly after this incident, Suganuma was seen by mall security urinating on the side of Walmart.

Suganuma was arrested for two counts of Disorderly Conduct. Fedroff with one.

Both subjects were transported to the Police Department, booked and held for court.
