Two Men Arrested With Several Drugs And Paraphernalia After Traffic Stop

On Monday February 22nd at 6:02 PM Zai Ramone Alirez, 19, and Jordan Andrew Cadiz, 22, both out of Lake Havasu City were arrested in the 1700 block of Acoma Blvd. West after they were stopped for a Civil Traffic Violation and the passenger (Alirez) was known to have a Valid Warrant for his arrest issued 11/03/2015 by Judge Dunbar out of Lake Havasu City Consolidated Courts in a Disorderly Conduct Case. After the warrant was confirmed through dispatch via radio, Alirez was taken into custody without incident. During a search incident to arrest, Alirez was found in possession of several items of drug paraphernalia (heroin) and seven prescription only pills. Cadis was found to be in possession of a small container of Marijuana Wax and several items of drug paraphernalia.

Zai Alirez was charged with his Valid Warrant (a Misdemeanor), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Heroin) (a Felony) and Possession of Prescription Only Drugs (a Misdemeanor).

Jordan Cadiz was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia x2.

A 3rd person inside the vehicle was released from the scene and allowed to walk away.




The vehicle was towed.
